Yesterday the police identified the terrorist who blew himself up in the St. Petersburg subway. It was a 21 year old Kyrgyzstan-born Akbarjon Jalilov. He'd lived in Russia for the past 6 years, had a Russian citizenship, and basically matured as an adult in St. Petersburg.
